We have looked long and hard at the challenge we face as Christians in a post Christian culture. We have been reminded that the ultimate threat to our society is not as Os Guinness says, “the wolves at the door, but termites in the floor.” The future depends on whether Christians will rise to the challenge of living up to our calling. To be “salt” and “light”, to be different, to be “in but not of” the world. For the sake of the generations to come I pray that a new spark will ignite a revival for our times.
This morning I would like for us to be reminded of why the battle is worth it all. Hold on and press on my beloved friends, the Best is yet to come!
