Today we are having our Annual Congregational Meeting as part of our worship experience. The idea is that the Big Picture business of the congregation is everyone’s business and the Leadership wants the entire congregation to know the “State of the Union” to borrow a phrase.
Today you will get the opportunity to affirm our leaders, be brought up to speed with our financial reports, and think about your place in this church family.
All that has been accomplished is by the grace of God and all the plans for the future are dependent upon the hand of God. It is my prayer that each of you will celebrate what God is doing and commit to partnering with Him as we move forward together.
We have had our ups and our downs, and we are pressing forward, trusting God to be our Leader. We are also confident that the “Best is yet to come”.
