We have been talking about the Gospel of Christ and our need to know it and live it out in the community. We are thinking about its impact in our lives and in our community. This past Christmas we had the opportunity to provide Christ’s love to some under resourced families thru our annual Giving Tree. The following is a card we received a week ago:
Friends at Eastview,
Wow! is all we can say. The “Giving Tree” donations far exceeded our expectations. How new for us to actually be able to meet
the needs of families we bring in for shelter. It was not only a great blessing for those who receive, but also to the staff
to see the love, support and hope provided to us by Eastview. We serve a wonderful God!
