Today is a special day for several reasons. As a nation we remember the horrific events of 15 years ago. It is no surprise that our lives would be forever changed. Please take a few moments to remember all those who died that day and all those who have died since then in the war on Terror. I am so thankful that Our Lord won the ultimate war on terror when He died on the cross for our sins and over came the grave so that we could have eternal life. That is worth remembering and celebrating.
Today is also special for the Eastview family as we descend together on Camp Allendale for our annual Church Picnic. This afternoon and evening will be a great opportunity for us to relax, have fun and just visit with each other. Our fellowship team will be fantastic hosts as always and I hope to see a great turn out.
