What a great blessing it is to have godly men leading this congregation.  Today, Joe Corbett, one of our Elders, will be bringing the message.  I will be visiting with a candidate for our Associate Minister position.  Our search team has been doing a great job sorting thru resumes, conducting interviews and following up with references.  Please be praying that we will be able to discern who it is that the Lord has handpicked to join our ministry team.  Exciting time for sure.

Speaking of exciting, the remodeling will begin on the Magdalene House on May 2nd.  It looks like we will be able to have it open and  functioning by Sept. 1st.  So many people have been working so hard on this project!  God has blessed our efforts with generous, willing, capable and faith filled people.  A special thanks to the “Willing Workers” Sunday School class who has stepped up to be the lane sponsor for “Rick’s Rollers” at the Stability First’s “Striking for Stability”     Bowl-a-thon on May 12th. Some of our bowlers are still looking for support.  The team; Matt Clark, Reid Payne, Tracy Hunter, Jon Cook, Sam Willard, and coach Steve Moody would be delighted to have your support.

Blessings,

Rick
