Student Ministry

Eastview Student Ministry’s goal is to share with our mouth and live through our actions the love that Jesus Christ has shown us.

We strive to build a welcoming environment where all kids from different walks of life can feel welcome.

Children’s Welcome Center Check-in-                                                                                                            All children need to sign in at the Welcome Center, located just down the hall from the Sanctuary (look for the covered porch), before attending Sunday School or Worship classes (infant through 5th grade).      *A medical release form needs to be turned in for all children & youth under 21.* Thank you!

Sunday School

Sunday school is from 9:00−9:45 each Sunday morning, and we take advantage of this small amount of time to really dig into the Word each week and ask ourselves the question, “What does this have to do with us?”

Positive Parenting Class- Rick & Pam Miller will be teaching this new class at 9AM in the conference room. (Childcare is available).

The class will cover topics such as, social changes affecting child development, traits of strong families & successful parents. They will explore how children should be trained; (Ephesians 6:4) and the importance of self-esteem. Understanding effective biblical discipline, and the importance of building relationships that will last a lifetime as well as ways to motivate children will be part of the journey. Perhaps the most important part of the study will be gearing up to pass our faith along effectively.
